Account Administrator
About the Job or Project
We require a freelance or part-time team member (preferably onsite but options open to the right person) to assist 1 – 2 days per week with general admin and accounting tasks. Must be fluent in Xero!
What you’ll do:
● Accounts administration using Xero
● Contract processing and accounts CRM data entry
● Administration duties including archiving, email liaison, filing
● Liaising with clients and suppliers
● Assisting wider team on various tasks and projects
● Accounts and Payroll Duties
● Maintenance of accurate financial and personnel records
Ideal Applicant or Experience
What we’re looking for:
● Previous administration experience (creative agency experience highly regarded)
● Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Xero accounting software
● Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
● Intermediate Word, Excel & typing skills
● Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
● Excellent organisational, critical thinking and time management skills
● Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
