Hello everyone! I am currently on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to help me manage day-to-day activities within my buyers agency. Due to the unprecedented market conditions I am needing some extra help to get my business running more effectively and efficiently to allow me to be client facing. As this is a newly created role the tasks and responsibilities will develop and evolve with the right candidates attitude and skill set. I am looking to start my assistant on a casual basis and there will be flexibility around days/hours of work, however envisage approx. 20hours/PW and involve a variety of projects/tasks.
Ideally, you will be confident in.
- Canva
- Mailchimp
- Have CRM Knowledge (Zoho)
- Excel
- Superior organisation skills
- Great Communication skills
- Curiosity
Whilst you are not required to have a background in property, it would be great if you love houses and have a passion to assist my buyers in purchasing a property.
This position is based in Ashgrove, Brisbane and you will be required to work with me (office based) as well as independently.
