Searching for our next Contact Centre/ Customer Service Superstar!
About the role:
Based at our Support Centre, this role provides an excellent opportunity to join an established marketing team & play a key role in the development of our Contact Centre’s growth and optimisation.
As an integral member of the Customer, Marketing and Product team, you will oversee inbound enquiries from all channels – including phone & email – providing a professional and positive first impression.
Our ideal candidate will apply their unique skills to grow with our Contact Centre as we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best support at every stage of their journey.
This will be a career development role providing a broad range of sales, service and digital marketing experience. As our CRM superuser, you will:
- ensure all enquires are captured and actioned
- assist with direct and digital marketing programs
- undertake market research
- generate reports and critical insights
- conduct CRM training and support for our onsite Client Services Advisors.

Ideal Applicant or Experience

Do you have customer service experience, love CRM systems and reports and want to work with a team where you’re exposed to an integrated approach to all facets of marketing, sales & customer experience?

About you:
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Previous Administration and Inbound Customer Service experience
- Qualifications in Marketing or experience in Sales is highly desirable but not essential
- An outstanding phone manner
- Above average skills in CRM usage (preferably Hubspot)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
