Styling You The Label is an online retail fashion business based in Brisbane but with a loyal and growing Australia-wide customer base. Our clothes are proudly made in Australia and our difference is that we market our fashion featuring a diverse cross-section of women in different shapes, ages, sizes and colour.
Due to a staff restructure we are looking for a customer service superstar to join our team.
The role is one that has capacity for growth but initially it will involve an average of 10-15 hours per week, with the need to be available (remotely) to work at least two hours each day answering customer inquiries via email and chat, as well as liaising with our warehouse and manufacturing teams.
You will be supported in the role by the director, Nikki Parkinson, and a marketing/operations manager.
Other tasks include:
Creating products in Shopify (this can be easily taught but previous experience is an advantage)
Running our VIP customer program
Assisting on photoshoot days (if based in and around Brisbane)
Event coordination
Location:
Nikki and the marketing/operations manager work remotely from home in Brisbane but come together once a week in a CBD co-working space, however, we are open to talking to Gems based anywhere in Australia as the majority of the tasks are remote tasks.
