About the Job or Project
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing targeted initiatives across relevant channels and marketplaces with a focus on driving exceptional results for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategise, implement, monitor and optimise campaign performance across all PPC channels including Facebook Advertising, Google Advertising and Pinterest Advertising
- Collaborate with other internal members to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives that reflect business goals
- Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, showing a strong understanding of data and analytics
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reporting and reporting back to the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
- Website maintenance including online visual merchandising of key category pages, product uploads, building landing pages, content and creative and working with apps and tools
- Regular technical SEO checks and optimisations to the website
- Copywriting for blog posts, landing pages and social media advertising
- Backlink outreach and content creation for guest posting opportunities
- Onsite optimisation of key landing pages on the .com and .com.au websites including website audits to identify technical issues and page speed enhancements
- Performing keyword research and competitive analysis
- Monitor technical health of multiple websites through tools and data from Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush and Chrome DevTools
- Support the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to implement UX best practices
- Stay up to date on current technology and marketing solutions
What you will need for success:
- Must be passionate about health and wellness
- You will have strong digital experience in coordinating online DTC websites within a beauty or wellness environment is highly desirable
- You will have strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of industry tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse etc.
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO ranking factors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
- 2+ years experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Excellent multitasking skills with good time-management
- Team player
