E-Commerce customer Service

The Opportunity
- Be the connector of customer, product and supply chain
- Permanent part-time position with potential for full time
As crucial member of the team, you will:
- Be the primary contact for all online customers, across multiple touch-points including email, phone, live chat and apps
- Receive and efficiently process all incoming emails
- Support E-Commerce and wholesale sales and raise invoices
- Become the inventory expert, and oversee all inventory counts, stock transfers
- Provide a first class ‘No Limits’ customer service experience
- Liaise with our freight carrier partners to resolve customer enquiries, booking & delivery queries, as well as plan for overseas freight
- Receive & resolve escalations and complaints
- Successfully prioritise incoming communications & multitask to efficiently deliver desired results within the required time frames
- Oversee the daily processing and fulfillment of online orders across 3 countries, providing customers with their tracking, returns, and refunds as required.
- Liaise with Warehouse and logistics providers to ensure quick and efficient shipping and order fulfillment.
- Supporting the Dispatch team when required, which includes picking and packing orders as well as assisting with preparing orders for dispatch;
- General administrative and admin tasks.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Oversee stock levels in all locations, and plan for future productions and stock transfers
- Oversea and improve the Store front shop, customers experience and look and feel
Ideal Applicant or Experience

- Details oriented is a must, with strong time management, and organisation skills
- A positive thinking, ‘can-do’ attitude person, able to think outside the box
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a warm, pleasant telephone manner
- Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and multi-task
- Always put the customer as number one, whilst being commercially minded and professional
- Someone with the confidence to speak to larger retailers and negotiate sales
- Have a good level of computer literacy and ability to trouble-shoot new platforms and apps, keen to drive new integrations
- Be independent and able to work both autonomously, as well as within a team.
- Someone who can help us to improve systems and processes to make things more efficient!
- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms is desired
- Previous Customer service / Call centre experience is desired
- Experience using an e-commerce site and e-commerce platforms and apps would be an advantage.
