Event Coordinator

This is an event coordination role for someone looking for remote, part time work. We are a small team of passionate educators and trainers delivering employability and entrepreneurship programs in partnership with Governments and Universities.
Tasks include:
- Conducting event registration tasks
- Conducting event planning tasks
- Ensuring all stakeholders have regular communications
- Set up monthly meetings with all stakeholders and take minutes
- Running meetings with all stakeholders and update them on project status
- Liaise with FRANK facilitators
- Reviewing training content – notes, PPTs, runsheet
- Following a project plan and ensuring all tasks are being carried out
- Sourcing industry mentors
- Creating and execute communication plan for industry and participants
- Being available during virtual events as support for facilitators
You are:
- Meticulous with details
- Professional and timely in your communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Are able to own your project tasks and be proactive with communications
- Able to work with a small remote team across the globe (India, Philippines, Australia)
- Ready to start immediately and hit the ground running!
