Gathering Events is on the hunt for a vibrant support to our events team, with a go-getter attitude to join the Brisbane team, on as permanent part time basis.
The role would lead to full time, but suit the professional who would like to fit in contract work, put on amazing events and get paid well to do it.
With Gathering Events – you will ignite your love of events, your passion for operations and keeping all events running smoothly from start to finish. Gathering Events is based in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, our team works with some of the biggest brands in town. Whether you’re working on operations and ordering in Melbourne’s St Kilda, or on the beaches of Bondi, it’s going to be meaningful.
The Role:
- To join our growing Brisbane location and assist our team, working in the Brisbane, Central Coast, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast region.
- You will assist to deliver & set up our carts ranging from Coffee, Gelato, Popcorn, Fairy Floss and much more!
- Must have a hold a full, current licence to drive to different locations daily.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- You will assist to coordinate – Baristas, Food Attendants, Bartenders, Brand Ambassadors to run the activations.
- Successful applicant will have the opportunity to step into Event Manager role and further your career path with Gathering Events.
- Role schedule is a base 2-3 days, sometimes more when required, and covers weekend and mid-week work hours.
