We require an Experienced Executive Assistant & Event Manager to assist plan, coordinate and deliver 4 business functions pa and manage membership correspondence for a Charity named the Captain’s Club.

The organisation is a social enterprise hosting unique sports-themed events with Australian Sporting legends, to raise funds for, and profile selected charities such as The Chappell Foundation.
Our last event hosted sporting legends such as Greg Chappell, Wayne Bennett & Pat Rafter — and well-known entertainers and news presenters Alan Jones and Peter Gleeson — just to name a few!
Our Events have the following characteristics:
1. 200 -900 attendance of business people at a formal lunch event
2. Purpose is to raise funds for a variety of charities (through tickets / sponsorships / memorabilia auctions / bid for a legend to sit at your table).
Experience is required in:
1. Event Planning and Management
2. Sponsorship – Proposals and Management (contacts in this area would be ideal)
3. Dealing B2B with corporate sales – selling tables
4. Communications – Marketing and Liaison with attendees
5. Social Media Campaigns to promote event
6. Experience in ZOHO CRM and Backstage event management system.
We also require you to attend the event and help with management on the day. Role is part time and project based on 3 to 4 major events per year.
