Pinsent Masons Vario is a law-firm-backed community of freelance lawyers who think differently and work flexibly. We offer short term, in-house secondments to lawyers in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to construction, energy, projects, banking and technology sectors.

Ideal Applicant or Experience

What do you need to become a Vario?

To become a Vario you will be a qualified lawyer with an unrestricted practicing certificate, have a strong academic background and ideally have:

• Experience working for a top-tier law firm and/or equivalent in-house/secondment
• The drive and ability to work flexibly
• Experience in all sectors will be considered
