About the Role
You will be working closely with the National Transition Manager to engage with stakeholders (predominantly engineers, onsite managers (over 400) and station-hands with various tiers of government (including local) staff also forming part of the stakeholder mix) to empower them to realise the benefits of the new ICT System.
Training may be time-sensitive at different stages and engaging with various groups of stakeholders at different levels of ICT literacy.
Please note some interstate and intrastate travel will be required. All travel expenses will be covered by the client and travel will be consistent with any COVID-19 requirements as at the time.
The training will be provided in various forms, including digital media, workshop presentations, and individual sessions where needed and appropriate.
Key Requirements
- Assist the National Transition Manager to create an internal center of excellence for the national program and build a national partner network scheme to support the transition and change that will be experienced by a large-scale partner network including stakeholders from the business and others.
- Work with the National Transition Manager to support strategy and plan the underpinning implementation of change for the partner network.
- Work on the implementation of the following as required:
- Needs Analysis;
- Transition Planning;
- Training Plan and associated materials (consideration of pilot as part of transition/training plan)
- Collaborating with the partner network and stakeholders;
- Training the partner network;
- Assist Post-Go-Live
- Assist in the growing capability to deliver through an Agile-Scrum methodology of continuous improvement;
- Prepare training materials;
- Support all stakeholders during the testing phase(s);
- Manage feedback and pushback as well as work with the Product Owner and the business to understand workflows and processes (AITB);
- work with the Program Coordinator to realise the engagement plan across an interdependent stakeholder group.
Critically, you will be able to get buy-in and empower/entrust the change brought by the solution will benefit the partner network/stakeholders. To this end, change resistance and benefits realisation are key aspects of the role – engaging with a ‘what’s in it for me’ attitude.

- Vision6, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, EventBrite;
- CRM tools
- CMS, Canva Captivate, GIF Creators, Atlassian/Jira or DevOps
