To support the successful implementation of our marketing strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning
and coordinating various marketing activities, driving brand awareness, and supporting the growth of TPS.

The Part-time Marketing Coordinator will be working closely with the CEO and the Marketing Strategy Consultant and will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and coordinating events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Social media content creation, caption writing, management, scheduling, and monthly reporting
Grow presence and increase engagement on social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn)
Support the CEO to execute the launch strategy and overarching marketing strategy for the next 6-12 months
Support the Business Development team to coordinate and create marketing collateral
Assist in the coordination of events (TPS events and trade shows with Distributors)
Support and help coordinate digital campaigns with external suppliers
Coordinate regular email marketing campaigns
Copywriting, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials, blogs, and emails
Assist in managing and updating website content, and landing pages
Keep informed with market updates, changes, and competitors to improve TPS marketing in the long term
Proactively engage with TPS stakeholders
Support the creation and rolling out of new marketing processes, procedures and project
management tools
Attend and actively participate in regular Work in Progress meetings with the CEO and the
Strategic Marketing Consultant
Other ad-hoc marketing activities and basic admin tasks when required
Ideal Applicant or Experience
You’re right for this job if…
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
Demonstratable strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstratable proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools such as
LinkedIn, Meta, and Canva, or a willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
A mature team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
