Operations Admin and Accounts
Hello, my name is Deanne and I run a busy 3PL (third party logistics) business. I started the business from scratch 3 1/2 years ago, we have grown considerably over this time whilst working with some amazing brands in Brisbane and beyond.
I am looking to find the our next employee to assist with some of the operations of the business. The three key ares of focus is.
- Operations admin – data entry, inventory control, internal customer service
- Accounts – Receivables and payables, account reconciliations, (tracking me down for receipts) and cashflow forecasting
- PA duties – I am working on some fun projects so need some assistance from time to time. Also includes taking the dog for a walk
The ideal person for this role will need to be very organised, have attention to detail, ability to pick up tasks quickly and have a sense of urgency.
The role would suit a person looking for part time between 4-5 hours per day across 5 days. Position is based in Banyo on the Northside of Brisbane.
