Ruby Olive Jewellery and Accessories is a growing online retail/wholesale brand that’s run a little differently to the average business. We’re a brand that’s more than just products…we’re about living a vibrant life, supporting our communities and surrounding ourselves in like-minded passionate people. We are looking for someone to help elevate and strengthen the Ruby Olive brand in order to grow the business.

Your strength is in creativity, idea generation, relationship building, organisation, attention to detail, communication, positivity and your ‘can-do’ attitude. You also have a successful track record in building and maintaining strong partnerships.
This is our first Partnerships and Public Relations Management role so you’ll be a trailblazer! You will be responsible not only for nurturing our existing partners, but also identifying and engaging future partnerships to grow the business. You are also a communications superstar and have an awesome way with words in order to create press releases and written pieces of content that elevate and strengthen the Ruby Olive brand in line with our core values.
Your skills & Experience:
- Strong copywriting and Public Relations skills
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
- ‘Thinking outside of the box’ ideas
- Innovation and quick thinking skills
- Ability to be self driven and work productively and effectively in a small team at a fast pace
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Be ethically minded, energetic and positive
- A genuine interest and understanding of Ruby Olive’s brand identity and core values
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment
- Maintain a strong transparent database
- Generate revenue opportunities
- Coming up with story ideas, writing copy and press releases
- Influencer and partnership acquisition (including Charity partners) and relationship building skills
- An in-depth understanding of the market and have a strategic approach to working with collaborators/partners.
