We are a small firm of Online Business Managers seeking an established, corporate-experienced, Australia-based OBM to join us for an ongoing role with a specific client. Opportunity to take on work with additional clients is available for the right candidate.
We work exclusively with entrepreneurs and small businesses who are rapidly growing and in need of a high-quality professional by their side who they won’t need to micromanage.
This particular client requires a switched on, innovative and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join their small team in Sydney. This role would suit anyone seeking a freelance position of 2-3 days a week to enhance their skills in sales, business development and/or real estate, with the opportunity to learn and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Principal and Marketing Executive to execute their sales strategy
- Confidently use ActiveCampaign and SalesForce to track and manage business development activity for the business
- Identify new client opportunities and actively pursue new clients for the business in conjunction with the Principal
- Follow up and qualify warm leads and reignite old connections
- Monitor the business’ social media channels, engage with followers who interact and follow up on potential leads
- Respond to and nurture new enquiries
- Create sales documentation to onboard new clients
Ideal Applicant or Experience
About you
- Has a keen interest in sales and business development and/or is interested in building a career in sales or real estate
- Is a natural ‘people person’
- May have existing knowledge, experience and interest in the commercial real estate industry
- Is self-motivated and sales-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Bonus if you are Sydney-based
