The Graphic Designer is a hands-on role that strategises and executes website, brand and EDM projects for our clients. We are a small, but highly efficient team, and by working with the wider team you will take ownership of and deliver high converting websites and digital projects that exceed client expectations.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering on the following aspects of our services:
- Design custom web layouts, and wireframes for optimal communication design and conversion
- Managing website design and theming delivery using a range of platforms, including HTML5 and CSS3, Shopify 2.0, WordPress, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Figma Indesign, Photo XD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Contributing to brand strategy discussions and conducting market research
- Applying design skills and working knowledge of UX/UI processes to build solutions aligned to the business strategy of our clients
- Create visually appealing, and conversion-optimised email designs (on Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk etc.)
- Liaise with an internal design team and monitor the work of developers to ensure design quality across all website and EDM projects, before release
- Testing and maintenance of client websites
Ideal Applicant or Experience
ABOUT YOU
We are ideally seeking a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in Marketing/Website Design and Conversion Optimisation
- A talent for creating polished and persuasive website & brand design
- Be comfortable dealing directly with clients on their website and design projects
- Project Management and Developer Management experience
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
