Overview
We’re looking for a Social Engagement and Partnerships Specialist to join our team of passionate digital content marketers. Someone to help us lead, unlock and grow our partnerships and influencer marketing strategy across the business.
Our social engagement team is focused on creating and growing engaged communities and developing authentic connections and relationships with influencers and like-minded brands. When it comes to influencer marketing, this team sets the strategy, finds and secures the right voice and through hyper-relevant content and messages, connects with our communities.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow and develop our partnership and influencer marketing strategy across the business – some very exciting things in the works!
- Management and coaching of our community coordinator, who looks after all community management and proactive engagement needs across clients.
- Creative ideation in conjunction with all Account Managers to develop innovative influencer strategies (both paid and unpaid) that align to wider content and strategic objectives of the account.
- Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for short term and long term perarenters and ensuring relevant agreements are in place, in line with budget.
- Coordinate approvals of all campaign elements with the client and relevant internal team members.
- Build strong relationships with relevant influencers and brands in the market – both locally and overseas when relevant.
- Analyse, collate and report on key metrics and performance on a monthly basis and for post-campaign reports.
- Be at the forefront of influencer marketing for the business, staying on top of trends, channel algorithms and platforms, legalities as well as trends in the influencer community.
- Be flexible and open to ad-hoc requests across the team (a team player who is happy to step outside their ‘box’ on occasion).

- A never settle attitude, with an ability to manage changing priorities
Experience and education
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role or business
- Demonstrated experience (and results) where you have recruited and managed influencers as part of broader marketing strategies in previous roles
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field i.e marketing, PR or communications
