Social Media and Virtual Assistant

Things are growing quite rapidly here at Marketing With A, and I am looking for an honest and passionate Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant to become part of my small team!
I need someone who is keen to learn the ins and outs of each client and is wanting to do regular hours each week. Time and days are flexible and WFH is a given.
Ideal Applicant or Experience
I’m looking for someone who:
- Is great with social media management (some experience is essential).
- Loves to create engaging content (longer form copywriting is a bonus)!
- Has some knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Sked and Later, and other collaboration tools like Trello and Google Drive.
- Loves to learn new things! This industry changes by minute so adaptability is crucial.
Communication is key in this fast-paced environment – so I need someone who can work remotely, but feels as though they are right here with me to get the work done for our clients.
This would be a freelance role, best suited to someone with a little background in a similar role, and some experience, would suit a student or someone just getting into the industry at 5-10 hours a week but with room to grow for the right person who is willing to learn!
Skills in the following areas would be great but not essential: Canva, Trello, Google Docs, Sked and Later.
Skills and traits that would be beneficial: Willingness to learn, passion for creative trends in social media, ability to write long-form & short-form copy, an eye for graphic design and the ability to clearly communicate, stay organised and deliver work within given timelines.
