- We are looking for the right person to start end of April 2022.
- The role will start as a part timer (20-30 hours a week)
- Experience working in business / with other business coaches a big plus.
Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager you’ll be responsible for formulating & implementing a best in class social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement & followers, and ultimately increases The Elevatory’s organic lead flow.
You’ll have a strong strategic and creative ability and love getting knee deep in campaign metrics. You’ll be results driven and keen to play a role in organic lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the CEO on The Elevatory’s positioning strategy, offer and approach to ensure a clear and succinct message in the Marketplace
- Developing a strong content strategy to reflect this, across our core social media platforms
- Working in alignment with other marketing channels [email marketing / paid ads] to deliver a cohesive holistic marketing approach
- Creating & curating quality, well-written and well presented content for all media platforms.
- Creating social media publishing schedules.
- Optimising social presence by continuously improving and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
- Monitoring Social Media engagement and responding accordingly (comments, direct messages etc.)
- Working on cold outreach to increase organic lead flow
- Developing monthly reports on competitors and success of ongoing campaign efforts
- Small community management role for our prospect Facebook Group
- Opportunity to coach / educate our clients as the role develops
About you:
Minimum 2 years’ working in a social media management role;
- In depth understanding of social media & its latest techniques;
- Ability to make content decisions strategically & analytically;
- Ability to drive and direct the team to produce video content;
- Ability to create highly engaging content with an eye for detail across creative, aesthetic and tone of voice;
- Ability to operate independently and with autonomy;
- Excellent copywriting skills;
- Strong organisational & time management skills;
- Familiar with content creation best practices, processes and scheduling across multiple mediums, including writing, audio, video and design
- Happy to engage in cold outreach
- Enjoys being part of a fun female team
