Social Media Sidekick

I am looking for a Super Social Media Sidekick (also known as a freelancer) to work across a variety of clients creating personalised content and copy.
The flexible WFH role will start at 6hrs per week, with the opportunity to grow quickly. Perfect for a freelancer looking to up-skill or add to your portfolio. I would ideally like someone who is hungry to learn and will stick around for a while to help the business grow. The hours are flexible outside of a weekly WIP.
The clients are across a variety of industries including landscaping, ecommerce, car rentals, PT, HR/ recruitment and accounting.
What you’ll be doing:
Content and copy creation for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (this includes creating the images, graphics and videos, as well as copy to go with it)
Scheduling and posting
Community engagement
Reporting and insights
Organising and managing your workload through Asana
+ opportunities to be involved in strategy with clients if you are keen
Your skills should include:
Copywriting
Design skills in Canva, Photoshop or InDesign
Research and idea generation
Content pillar development
The ability to create content that is in the voice of others
Community engagement
Hashtag optimisation
Ability to use Google Drive, sheets and documents
Attitude over experience! (grads and mums welcome)
You get bonus points if you have other digital marketing skills like email marketing, front end web management and paid advertising.
I am not looking for a specific level of experience, it is about your attitude and creativity more than what is on your CV.
You’ll also get to know me… I’m Codie, the owner of DBS, a Melbourne-based coffee and cat lover with 6+ years of digital marketing experience. I am a curious and collaborative creative, all about communication!
