Technical Digital Marketing Specialist

Sensic Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including pixels and conversion tracking, conversion optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Set up and manage pixels and conversion tracking for websites and landing pages to accurately measure campaign performance and optimize results
- Optimize website design, copy, and strategy to improve conversion rates for various marketing initiatives, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring campaigns meet performance objectives and ROI goals
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign results
- Assist with email marketing strategy development and execution, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in SEO, PPC, and e-commerce to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals
Ideal Applicant or Experience
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical digital marketing, with a strong focus on conversion tracking, optimization, and paid advertising
- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms, including pixels, conversion tracking, website and landing page design, and ad campaign management
- Experience with email marketing, SEO, PPC, and e-commerce highly preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on campaign performance data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
