My family & I made the huge move from Scotland to Australia in late 2011.
In 2013, I started my own business, and began networking to meet other similar people locally, to establish any gaps in the market that I could help fill.
I opened a flexible workspace (coworking and private offices) in Jan of 2015 and ran it for almost 6 years, so I could meet local small business people and see how I could offer assistance.
At the end of 2020, I made the decision to close the workspaces, as I wanted to focus on the Leadership & Management work I am most passionate about.
I now work as a General Manager for 4 businesses, in a shared collaborative workspace. We all choose to live and work flexibly, and we are all learning how to best work in order to maintain a happy, fulfilled life.

My key strengths are creativity (also a value!), perspective and good judgement.
