Hi There, I'm Lucy, founder and director of That People & Culture Co.. I come with over 15+ years experience in the HR, Talent and People and Culture space.

Having worked across multiple industries – including tech, finance, professional services, FMCG and advertising – in small startups to global companies, I learned that while the business needs changed, my purpose didn’t. I consistently helped leaders, executors, founders, owners and entrepreneurs strategically grow their business by realising the potential of people and culture.

After seeing the pandemic ‘hybrid work world’ impacts in 2020, it was reinforced for me just how pivotal people and culture – virtually or physically – is and the lack of tailored people experience design within organisations. Determined to shake up the space and equip businesses with the tools they specifically need, I launched That People & Culture Co. in 2021 and have since been helping numerous clients scale and grow their business through bespoke game-changing people and culture.
