Hi there! I’m Nat, founder of At the Helm Career Services. I provide a range of career related services for both individuals and organisations. I am a qualified and accredited Career Practitioner, and also bring a solid background working in people & culture focussed roles. I can support you with career consulting, job search & job interview coaching, and supporting your employees to thrive at work.

I facilitate a range of career workshops, with a special interest in supporting women returning to the workforce after career breaks. My passion for supporting career returners also led me to develop a Parental Leave Transition Program, which offers specialised support and coaching to individuals preparing for and returning from parental leave.

At the Helm Career Services is all about helping others become the happiest and most fulfilled version of themselves, and recognises that our careers, and ability to thrive at work, play an important role in this. You can always expect a caring, professional and results driven approach to my services.

Outside of work I am a busy mum to 3 active girls, and love to spend time with my family and friends. To fill my cup up, you will find me near the water, taking walks in nature, or doing my best to find time for swimming and pilates.
