Hi, I'm Trang! I provide high-level administration and business operations support where attention to detail, organisation, communication and processes are at the core.

After taking the time to understand how a business operates, I am known to translate the strategic to the operational, and take great pride mitigating mistakes and catching fires before anyone else does.

I 'connect the dots' on the smaller components found in a business that form the overall big picture that helps to operate a business.

I enjoy learning about new software, whether newly developed or integrating them into a business, and make sure that business and tech work well together.

You will often find me learning a new piano song, learning a new crochet pattern (in winter only!), trying to conquer my fear of swimming or finding that next book to escape into the literary world.
