I'm a natural communicator and have an innate drive to connect with people as people.

For me, it's about investing the time and energy into building genuine relationships that go beyond the brief and scope of work.

In this day and age of emails and internet, it's so easy to overlook and lose that essential human connection which I think is so important to being a successful PR professional (and person, for that matter).

I'm also an incredibly driven person and I always endeavour to deliver above and beyond expectations.

I'm never comfortable with just being comfortable; change and challenge don't intimidate me, they simply motivate me to do better and work harder.

Away from my desk, I have two beautiful kids - Maddy (5) and Lachie (almost 2) - who keep me on my toes every. single. day.

Maddy is autistic so I'm extremely passionate about educating others to help dismantle the generalised stereotypes about what autism "looks like" and to also shine a light on the often hidden needs of autistic girls and women as they are often missed, misunderstood or mis-diagnosed.

They are the main reason I left agency life and haven't looked back; having the flexibility to prioritise my role as their mum is of upmost importance to me.
