Passionate. Optimistic. Kind. Inspiring. Courageous and Authentic. These are the words used to describe me from my colleagues and clients over the years.

I’m a certified coach, leader, facilitator and speaker and now the proud founder of my own Leadership development company.

After almost 20 years in the travel industry in senior leadership and people development roles, my dream role as a leadership expert was interrupted by COVID-19.

Knowing how much I love developing others,
I took the opportunity to pivot and create my own business, Luminate Leadership.

Luminate exists to help organizations build leadership capability and employee engagement to inspire personal growth and transform results.

My workshops are renowned for creating an environment that allows participants to focus on personal and professional growth, that leaves a long-lasting impact on leaders, their businesses and their communities.

My purpose and passion lie in inspiring others to find their joy and to achieve personal potential by developing crucial life skills, known as ‘soft skills’, or “power skills”.

I have always cared deeply for my connection to my community, some of my accolades include:

- In 1999 I was awarded an Order of Australia “Community Service” Medal.

- Co-Founder of Parentwise (workplace parental support program) at Flight Centre.

- Founder of the “Mater NICU Parents” community support group.

- Creator of the “The Kindness Project”, a digital community focused on spreading kindness to improve daily lives.

- In 2020 I was a named finalist QLD Day Awards by QLD Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk for my impact on the community.

As a proud Mum and Wife, I am determined to contribute in paving the path for future generations of females, proving we have the ability to balance our careers and home life and living a life of joy and fulfilment.
