Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to their Company Director across their business interests.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic leader as they grow and expand their businesses and community interests. You will work remotely yet closely with the Director in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. To thrive in this role you must be extremely organised, proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.

You’re right for this job if…

You have 5+ years of virtual/remote EA experience, strong technology skills, exceptional written communication abilities, and expertise in time and priority management. Previous experience in a corporate, motor, agriculture or tech industry is highly regarded.

This is a remote/virtual role. Ideally the candidate will be based in Brisbane, Dubbo or Proserpine/Airlie Beach regions. Some travel may be required at times.
