The two main things I am known for, are

- Encouraging people to ‘Focus on your best, Outsource the rest’.
And I practice what I preach! I have a team of part-time staff, all working flexibly, and I employ other specialists to do the things I either can’t do, or don’t want to do! It makes me so much more productive and has facilitated much of my growth in the past few years.

- I am passionate about ‘Helping people who help people’.
Having spent a number of years working within a disability service provider, I made the decision to do all the training and development to become an NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Plan Manager. I then started to get enquiries from other NDIS service providers as my knowledge allowed me to support them like a 'back office'. This work is so rewarding, and I am proud to have added it to our team’s offering.

Helping Others is one of my values, so my work is very fulfilling.
