THE OPPORTUNITY
As a result of The Banyans’ exciting growth strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who is purpose-driven, visionary and excellent at achieving outcomes and working with people to join the marketing department.
Working with a small team at the top of their game, in this role you will work closely with the Digital Content Coordinator, with a focus on multichannel campaigns, measuring activity, and reporting on channel effectiveness and implementing learnings that enhance the brand awareness and lead generation.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who can grow The Banyans reputation as the leading personalised well-being provider of choice through effective, engaging organisational-wide communications.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales Enablement, the role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of external and internal communications.
No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. From establishing best-practice internal communication processes, staff education campaigns and employee branding, through to corporate branding and publications, stakeholder engagement and LinkedIn – this is a collaborative and varied role!
- developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns,
- championing the organisation’s data analysis capabilities,
- managing the organisation’s email direct marketing (EDM) strategy and campaigns, and
- managing conferences and The Banyan’s presence at other key industry events.
Ideal Applicant or Experience
ABOUT YOU
Your passion for communicating with impact and analysis of data to leverage channels and improve strategy will make you the ideal candidate for this role.
You will be a friendly, positive person who wants to do more work that matters in a supportive environment and is driven by purpose and values.
Tertiary level business qualification in communications, marketing or a business-related discipline
- 4+ years experience as a marketing ‘all-rounder’ (within the healthcare sector is highly regarded, but not essential)
- Very strong data analysis & interpretation skills paired ideally with experience in HubSpot or other CRMs.
- Exceptional campaign management skills and be highly organised.
- Skills in design and video editing are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a well-being, health or service-oriented industry would be valued, but is not essential.
