Available to start immediately, hybrid work flex but still with a great new workspace in Cremorne, and will be delivering key client projects across our retail, beauty and education portfolio.

What your typical day will look like:

As the Account Manager, you will take responsibility and be a key day-to-day liaison for the agency’s leading tier 1 clients, along with our internal specialist teams, and partners. You will play a key role in supporting projects and campaigns through creative process, delivery, and life-cycle.

Core responsibilities include:

• Play a lead role in running client WIP’s and set timings for projects, being a key go-to person across all parts of the creative process and ensuring expectations are clear and delivered.
• Being proactive and agile when managing the clients and internal teams, you ensure briefs come on time and the relevant resources are lined up.
• Interrogating and challenging briefs and driving feedback to ensure clarity to ensure the agency is set up to produce next level campaigns.
• Support the team in managing the creative process and consistently deliver projects and campaigns to budget, deadline, on brief and to the highest standards.
• Foster strong relationships internally across DC and the wider dentsu network, with clients, and partners.
• Deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working.
• Partnering with the wider accounts team in researching, preparing, presenting, and implementing high quality business proposals for the client.

Ideal Applicant or Experience

• Ideally you bring 4+ years’ experience in account management, preferably in an agency environment.
• You’ve delivered projects end to end. and bring a solid understanding of agency process.
• You bring varied channel experience, preferably across social and content.
• Understating of the creative and production process across varied channels
• Exceptional attention to detail, planning, decision-making and organisational skills
• You demonstrate initiative – proactive rather than reactive, a strategic thinker and doer who is hungry to learn and looks for ways to make a positive impact.
• You have a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact clients.
• Clear understating of the creative and production process across varied channels.
