Sarden Learning are looking for freelance trainers or facilitators based in Canberra.
We are seeking experienced soft skills trainers, facilitators and coaches based in Canberra who are able to think outside the square, to deliver our training programs to our varied client base.
Our clients include, corporate, government and not for profit organisations. You must be comfortable delivering our content and using our training materials.
Ideal Applicant or Experience
- Are a polished professional with experience in the corporate and/or government sector
- Have experience delivering virtual and face to face programs
- Are organised, self motivated and possess exceptional time management skills
- Are a quick learner, reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Possess the ability to adapt your facilitation style to suit participant needs
- Have a minimum of 5 years training experience
- Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training
