About the Job or Project
Hi I am looking for someone who has experience in creating workplace policies and employment contracts. I need someone to collaborate with me create templates that I can use with my business clients and on-sell as a DIY package for my clients.
I am looking to have all types of polices created such as IT, Financial, Privacy, Social Media and WHS. With regards to employee contracts again needing help with creating templates that my clients can use when putting on permanent staff.
My clients are in the Allied Health and health and wellness industries, so any experience in this industry and with the “Health Services Award” would be an advantage.
This could end up being an ongoing arrangement for the right person, as I would love to have a HR Advisor as part of my expert team that I can refer my clients to for more specific tasks.
