About the Job or Project
We are a looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our new business. Previous experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Role Overview: 3-4 days per week
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of products
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
- Creating Purchase Orders and Invoicing
- Writing and issuing emails to customers, contractors and suppliers on behalf of senior staff
- Organising training manuals, packs and point of sale items
- Event planning and organising
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
Salary 45-55K + Super
Flexible Hours available
