Operations Assistant (Hybrid Role)

We are a Third Party Logistics company that focuses on working with growing brands across fashion, gift, homewares, footwear, sportswear, health and beauty. We are female owned and operated and 80% of our clients are female led brands.
From recent growth and on-boarding new clients, our business is now looking for a superstar that can work across some key ares of our business. The 3 big rocks (or areas of focus are):-
40% Customer Service – Wowing our clients by being a point of contact to assist them with their orders, stock and other little duties.
40% Administration – Keeping us organised, ensuring our administration is always kept up to scratch so the business runs smoothly each day.
20% Picking and Packing – Helping the warehouse team when they need it.
For us it is all about being organised, willing to give something new a go, enthusiastic as well as the want to squeeze the lemon from your day.
This is a part time role between 20-25 hours across 5 days.
Previous experience in a customer service/admin role is crucial so you can hit the ground running.
