Whether it is property sales, site acquisitions, negotiations, procuring finance or investors, the team’s approach maintains focus on client ideal outcome. Gain Momentum is known for connecting their clients with what or whom they need with professionalism, integrity and discretion. Gain Marketing Momentum is an additional arm of the business, assisting with all of the marketing, advertising and research required to ensure client property is well-positioned and portrayed in the marketplace.

Gain Momentum is looking for administration support to assist the Founder manage smooth & efficient delivery of business activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Filter incoming communication
• Manage the backlog of paper filing system
• Implement new systems to transition towards a cloud base
• General administration support
• Identify any process improvements and implement the development
