Gain Marketing Momentum is an additional arm of the business, assisting with all of the marketing, advertising and research required to ensure client property is well-positioned and portrayed in the marketplace.
Gain Momentum is looking for administration support to assist the Founder manage smooth & efficient delivery of business activities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Filter incoming communication
- Manage the backlog of paper filing system
- Implement new systems to transition towards a cloud base
- General administration support
- Identify any process improvements and implement the development
Ideal Applicant or Experience

- Available business hours
- 3 days per week to start
- Be available for onsite work from time to time
- Proven ability to work independently
