The role
- Planning and executing all social media campaigns
- Creating revenue and sales pipelines from digital channels
- Maintaining and growing our social media reach across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all social media campaigns and ROAS
If you live and breathe social media, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our social media campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Social Media Manager will work with the marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget with a measured ROI and ROAS.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all social media output
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Social Media
- Demonstrable experience leading, designing and managing social media campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience in setting up and optimising Facebook Ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with WordPress
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related field
Hours and Rate
$50 per hour for a minimum 15 hours per week.
Flexible work arrangements apply, but the successful applicant will need to be available to work on Tuesdays.
