The Role:
Working in a small team, you’ll work from home to provide your clients with high-quality administrative support.
The Virtual Assistant (VA) Role includes, but is not limited to:
- Liaising with clients about social media development and improvements,
- Thinking strategically about how to build an authentic audience,
- Creating social media posts that are relevant and will engage the audience,
- Exploring and working with social media analytics,
- Scheduling social media posts at optimal times during the day,
- Writing blog posts,
- Website maintenance,
- Client and inbox management,
- Helping with whatever tasks arise on a day-to-day basis – it’s always changing!
You’ll work closely with Kirsten and the BMS team to ensure you feel supported in your online role and to uphold the company values and high service standards.
Ideal Applicant or Experience
Experience in the following systems is REQUIRED:
- Canva
- Instagram/Facebook
- Analytics tools
- Later
- WordPress/Squarespace
Experience in the following systems is HIGHLY REGARDED:
- Kajabi
- Acuity Scheduling
- Active Campaign
This position is for you if you are up on the latest technology (and love learning it), love systemising everything, enjoy social media and love helping people make their passion a reality.
Are you our newest “unicorn human”? Everything in our business is systemised and we love processes and automation. This role offers a lot of variety, upskilling, and a very supportive team environment.
This position requires you to be available to work, at least once a day from Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Applicants must be based in VIC, ACT, or NSW.
